Mandatory Teacher Training

All mentors must complete our comprehensive teacher training program before practicing. This ensures quality education and consistent methodology across all STEM Clubs, guaranteeing a high-quality experience for every student.

  • Standardized, high-quality teaching methods.

  • Access to our official curriculum and resources.
  • A certificate of completion from STEM For Good.

Types of Mentors

Choose how you'd like to contribute to Madagascar's STEM education movement.

Club Launcher

Help establish new STEM Clubs by providing guidance, training, and initial support to institutions starting their STEM journey.

Club Advisor

Work directly with existing STEM Clubs as a regular mentor, providing ongoing guidance, technical expertise, and educational support.

Independent Mentor

Prepare independently for future opportunities while completing training, ready for when you want to launch or join a club.

Mentor Requirements

To ensure a safe and high-quality learning environment, all our mentors must meet the following criteria.

  • Age: Must be 21 years old or older.
  • Passion: A genuine passion for STEM education and youth development.
  • Training: Must complete the mandatory STEM For Good teacher training program.
  • Commitment: A commitment to maintaining high-quality educational standards.

Community Governance

To ensure our direction aligns with our community's needs, elected representatives from STEM Club owners and the mentor community serve on the board of the NGO STEM For Good.

Your Voice Matters

The Ordinary General Assembly is held every first Saturday of March, with other meetings throughout the year to shape our future together.
